Protected Action Ballots (PABs)

A protected action ballot is a formal vote by employees, typically conducted by an authorised ballot agent such as the Australian Electoral Commission (AEC), to decide whether to take lawful industrial action during enterprise bargaining, with other approved ballot agents listed on the Fair Work Commission website.
