South Australian redistribution
Members of the public are invited to submit written feedback to ideas on the proposed redistribution of South Australia from Monday 27 April 2026.
415 ideas on the proposed redistribution of South Australia were received between Friday 27 March 2026 and 6 pm ACST Friday 24 April 2026. These can be viewed on the ideas on the proposed redistribution page.
When making a submission regarding the electorate boundaries in the proposed redistribution, it is strongly recommended that members of the public consider the redistribution and projected enrolment quotas, as these form the two key elements that underpin the redistribution.
Submissions must be received by the Electoral Commission by 6 pm ACST Friday 8 May 2026 to allow them to be considered.
